- Verification & Badges
Verification confirms:
- Documents were submitted
- Documents were reviewed
It does NOT guarantee:
- Skill competence
- Professional licensing
- Quality of service
- Revocation
We Sabi Work may revoke verification if:
- Fraud is discovered
- Documents are invalid
- Misrepresentation occurs
TRADESPERSON CODE OF CONDUCT
Tradespeople must:
- Provide honest service descriptions
- Deliver services professionally
- Respect customers
- Avoid harassment
- Follow safety standards
- Comply with Nigerian laws
The following are prohibited:
- Fraud
- Abuse
- Price manipulation after agreement
- Fake reviews
Violation may result in suspension or a permanent ban.
CUSTOMER SAFETY GUIDELINES
Customers are advised to:
- Review ratings carefully
- Confirm service details in writing
- Avoid full payment before work completion
- Verify identity upon arrival
- Avoid cash transactions where possible
- Report suspicious behaviour immediately
We Sabi Work does not guarantee safety, and users engage at their own risk.
ANTI-FRAUD POLICY
We Sabi Work actively monitor:
- Duplicate accounts
- Fake profiles
- Suspicious activity
- Manipulated ratings
Fraudulent users may be:
- Suspended
- Permanently banned
- Reported to authorities
CONTENT MODERATION POLICY
We Sabi Work may remove content that:
- Is defamatory
- Is misleading
- Contains hate speech
- Contains explicit or illegal material
- Users may appeal moderation decisions.
DATA BREACH RESPONSE POLICY
In the event of a data breach:
- An internal investigation will be conducted
- Affected users will be notified where required
- Regulatory authorities will be informed if necessary
DISPUTE & ESCALATION FRAMEWORK
- Stage 1: Direct user resolution
- Stage 2: Platform mediation (optional)
- Stage 3: Legal resolution under Nigerian law
