Are service providers verified?
All providers are verified via KYC protocols. This minimises security risks but does not guarantee specific project outcomes or substitute for user due diligence
How are payments handled?
Payments are processed securely at the start of a task and held in escrow. The artisan receives
payment only after the work is marked as complete, ensuring protection for both parties.
What if I am not satisfied?
Payments are held securely until the job request is completed. If you are not satisfied, notify us before the payment is released. Our team will review the project details and work with both parties to reach a fair resolution, such as a revision of the service requested (before and after).
